This is placeholder legal copy, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by an actual lawyer before solidground processes real payments — Stripe generally expects a live storefront to have Terms, a Privacy Policy, and a Refund Policy in place.
1. What you're buying
Plugin purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to the number of machines stated at checkout (default: 3). You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key.
2. Refunds
See the Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent license activation, reverse-engineer the plugin binaries beyond what's permitted by law, or use the community board to post spam or abusive content.
4. Liability
solidground software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall solidground be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
